living at Eskoo
Our housing services are for people with disabilities and for anyone requiring support and help in their daily lives. Eskoo provides assisted, supervised and supported housing services according to our customers' requirements. Short-term care is provided for a day or for a few weeks depending on the need.
We support our customers’ ability to manage their own lives, help them with daily chores and encourage them to be active members of our society. These goals can be achieved only with the help of our customers’ families, relatives and support networks.
Assisted housing is intended for disabled people who need constant support.
In supervised housing our personnel provide help and support during the daytime and in the evenings.
Supported housing requires rather good independent living skills as the customers live in their own apartments. Our personnel provide support during their regular visits.
Living in a special rental apartment is homelike living that is supported by Eskoo personnel. At Louhenkatu 2 in Seinäjoki we offer independent living for disabled people when they move out from their childhood homes or care facilities. Most of the residents live independently in their own apartments, but help and support is available around the clock. You can apply for one of our special rental homes through the social welfare department of your place of residence.
